Email is one of the most important parts of business communication. It is an efficient way to share and send information employee, customers etc.

 
   Here are some essential parts of an email:

  • Subject: Subject is most important part of your mail, the subject line is the deciding factor in whether your message is read or deleted. If your subject line needs to truthful and information that will definitely catch the reader.
  • Salutation: From starting tone of the email, the reader making a valuation on you and what you want and whether they will continue to read. If it s too unprofessional then you will get a negative impression from the reader.
  • Bit in the middle: Keep your messages as short and concise as possible, and deliver information in a digestible way.
  • Ending: End your email by making clear what you would like the reader to do. Sign off with “kind regards” or something similar and your name, including your first name.
